This original artwork was commissioned by my son-in-law and depicts a gadwall duck from his very first duck hunt. The scene draws inspiration from his captivating tales of hunting trips amid lakes surrounded by thick marshes, trees, and underbrush. He described quietly wading into the chilly, misty waters at dawn on crisp fall mornings, moving ever so slowly and in hushed silence.

Palette Scheme
